Music Video Maker

I make the songs, so I needed a way to make the videos. Music Video Maker takes an MP3 and its lyrics and builds an audio-reactive video from them: visuals drawn in code and driven by the beat, bass and loudness of the track, with the lyrics timed to the vocals.

It listens to the song to find the tempo, beats and sections, lines up each word with the singing, then asks Claude to plan the look of every section and, if you want, storyboard a small cast of characters. You can edit any of it, preview it live in the browser, and render an MP4 in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.

It runs on your own computer and uses your own Anthropic API key for the Claude steps. MIT licensed, free to use and change.
